Every principal and witness verifies their identity before the act can be performed: a government-issued ID or a Philippine National ID, matched to a live face scan. The notary compares each person with their verified identity before confirming their details for the register.

Every step on the record

Each notarization keeps an activity log of who joined the session, the act performed, and how the fee was paid. Its HashOrigin section shows the Supreme Court filing, the blockchain anchor, long-term validation, and the archival format.

Digital signature

Signed on Twala before the act

A notarization takes a document signed with Twala’s secure digital signature. Everyone on it signs through an envelope first, and the notary is told when it’s ready to notarize.

Verify checks a notarized document: its SHA-256 hash, the record Twala made when it was sealed, the Merkle root of its batch, and that root’s anchor on Polygon, then shows Document verified.
